About Us

patib12Welcome! This is really not about me, but the amazingly talented artists and dedicated adults and children I’ve had the pleasure of knowing and working with in the Arts industry.

PB Entertainment’s goal: “to offer these local communities a unique place to get the latest information about the arts and other live events taking place in their communities, as well as to continue to produce wonderful events for our communities. We also support the arts industry with educational resources for aspiring artists and a “unique” fundraising opportunity to allow Not-for-Profit organizations a method to raise the funds they need for Special Projects or Capital Campaigns.” www.fundagroup.com

But in case you’re wondering, here’s my background…

In 2001, I began writing for various theater-based web sites from www.talkinbroadway.com, www.broadwayworld.com and www.philly2philly.com. I’ve written close to 500 articles with much of my focus on Broadway Theater and Professional Events. Among the people and places I've had the pleasure of reviewing/interviewing and writing articles for are: Tony Danza, Maurice Hines, Frankie Valli, Robert Goulet, the Bacon Brothers (Kevin & Michael), The Trans Siberian Orchestra, Peter Nero and the Philly Pops, Philadelphia's Barrymore Awards, Philadelphia’s Covenant House etc.

I’ve enjoyed reviewing and interviewing some of Broadway’s brightest stars including Sutton Foster, Mandy Patinkin, Patti Lupone, Donna McKechnie, Barbara Cook, Andrea McArdle, Linda Eder, Shoshanna Bean, Josh Young, Rob McClure, Norm Lewis, Rob Evan and many more, as well as composers Frank Wildhorn, David Shire, Richard Maltby and Steven Schwartz.

Arts and Education My real passion is Arts and Education. In 2002 I was fortunate to meet up with Broadway star Craig Schulman who starred in Les Miserables for more than 10 years. We put together a traveling “Broadway at Your School” Workshop/Master Class program that has thrilled young artists and theater groups across the country for several years. I also managed a number of concerts featuring Mr. Schulman performing solo and with local theatrical students. I’ve also worked with Tony Vincent (The Voice) and Danny Zolli (Jesus Christ Superstar), Rob Evan (Tran Siberian Orchestra) Broadway Composer/Produce/Musical Director Jeremy Roberts and more in the arts and education field.

Producer Theater Banner 1I began producing live concert events in 2003 with my “Rockin Oldies Show” featuring “original” artists such as the Philly based Accapella group “The Emeralds “ Stephen Caldwell and The Orlons”, “The Tymes” and “Jay Siegel and the Tokens”. I co-produced two concerts; “Rocking Oldies” and Country/Pop group “The Trump Boyz” at the Ocean City Music Pier, Ocean City. From 2004-2006 I produced two seasons of professional events for Eastern High School Performing Arts Center including Neil Berg’s “100 Years of Broadway” and two of my Rockin’ Oldies events. With the help of our Arts and Education Council we produced “A Taste of the Towns” bringing together 20 local restaurants to Eastern’s lavish atrium hosted by local DJ Lou Costello from WVLT. I also produced a Broadway cast production of “An Evening of Jazz” starring Broadway’s Danny Zolli and the Roger Cohen Trio and the incredible and sadly late BJ Crosby. We teamed up with the Southern New Jersey Philharmonic Orchestra where I invited my wonderful client Australian world class violinist Martin Lass. In 2013 I produced “Broadway Sings for Newtown”; a concert featuring six Broadway artists Mark McVey (Les Miserables), Kate Shindle (Wonderland, Legally Blonde, Jekyll and Hyde), Jeri Sager (Grisabella CATS), Elizabeth Southard (Christine, Phantom of the Opera), Gary Mauer (The Phantom of the Opera star) and Danny Zolli (Jesus Christ Superstar) performing solo and alongside two wonderfully talented children choral groups performing to benefit the families of Sandy Hook Conn. via the Healing Arts Foundation of Newtown Conn.

Covering and working with so many dedicated talented people in New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia has allowed me to see a lot of talent in a lot of venues. I’ve come to realize that much of this talent is right in my own surrounding communities in the Philadelphia, South Jersey areas and that’s where my focus will be.

I hope you will visit our “new” website often and feel free to share your thoughts about how we can spread the word about our talented people who live, work and play in the Delaware Valley. Please support the Arts in YOUR Community! Thanks for reading!

Good Health, Happiness,

Pati Buehler “Pati B” PB Entertainment, President pbentertainmentinc@yahoo.com

Photo Collage 2One of many comments about our Workshop/ Master Classes …

“For a high school theatre company to get to see and hear a seasoned musical theatre performer who possesses extraordinary talents is wonderful. But to get a chance to hear advice, have questions answered; to be critiqued and to work on your own production with this actor as a guest director is INCREDIBLE!” ~David Kramer, Miller Place High School, NY

* “Broadway and Friends Concert” – Lets us assist you with creating an exciting personalized concert featuring your select choral group performing with a Broadway or Regional performer or two for the “event of the year” and earn income by inviting your entire community to enjoy and support your talented group!

One comment from a ‘sold out event” concert…

“The principal, a former band teacher, could not stop talking about the performance. She labeled both of you as one of the best performances she had ever seen in her life. To this day, students still talk about the concert wear their shirts with your autograph and make it a point to always tell me when they hear something from you on facebook”. ~Marc Bunce, Illion High School, NY

* The Rainbow Rabbit – an Anti-Bullying Educational Program designed for elementary schools to empower children, parents and educators to create a positive environment.
